This 1-of-a-kind piece is named "Twisted Cherry" based on the multi-dimensional nature of both the base and shade. The spiral symmetry of several sides are ceaselessly chased by one another, giving a glimpse of two or more side at any angle of viewing. Inspired by a particularly gnarled cherry blossom tree in a sea of upright peers, this piece is inspired by the non-conforming elements of our beautiful planet. The wind has blown the bark and branches into new patterns, but this tree still thrives. Uneven solder lines, "missing" pieces, and non-uniform finishing are features, not bugs on this lamp. Not all the trees grow straight toward the sun.
The concrete lamp base is an innovation of Nero Arts. This lamp features gray concrete with a pinch of pink that only reveals itself in certain light. Gray metal lamp bases have their uses, but concrete gives a more organic, matte gray, plus offers infinite color combinations capable of perfectly complimenting any particular piece.
